Day 1:

Arrive Calgary

On arrival at Calgary Airport collect your rental car

before driving to your downtown hotel.

Days 2 & 3

 Calgary – Banff

(Distance to Banff: 128km/ 80 miles/ 2 hours)

Leaving Calgary behind, set your sights on the

magnificent Rocky Mountains and the bustling town of Banff. Banff National Park is a stunning wilderness and your outdoor playground for the next two days.

Day 4: 

 Banff – Lake Louise

(Distance to Lake Louise: 74km/ 46 miles/ 1.5 hours)

Through the Bow Valley to the ‘Jewel of the Rockies’, Lake Louise. With Victoria Glacier in the background, this emerald-coloured lake is sure to leave an indelible impression.

Days 5 & 6 

 Lake Louise – Jasper

(Distance to Jasper: 227 km/142 miles/ 4 hours)

Drive to Jasper, your base for the next two nights via the spectacular Icefields Parkway, one of the most scenic routes in the world.

Day 7: 

 Jasper – Wells Gray Park

(Distance to Wells Gray: 437km/ 273 miles/ 7 hours)

Through the mountains to Wells Gray Provincial Park, with mineral springs, lakes, and the impressive Helmcken Falls.

Days 8 & 9 

Gray Park – Gold Bridge

(Distance to Gold Bridge: 347km/ 217 miles/ 6 hours)

Today, make your way to the Tyax Mountain Lake Resort, which offers an amazing selection of activities.

Day 10:

Gold Bridge – Whistler

(Distance to Whistler: 128km/ 80 miles/ 2 hours)

Start early today to the resort town of Whistler. Relax in the pedestrian village or enjoy the boutiques, restaurants and cafés.

Days 11 & 12

 Whistler – Pacific Rim N. Park (Distance to Pacific rim N.P.: 307km/ 192 miles/ 7 hours inc. ferry )

Take the Sea-to-Sky Highway and the ferry across to

Vancouver Island and drive to the Pacific Rim National Park with its windswept beaches and dense

rainforests.

Day 13: 

 Pacific Rim N.P. – Victoria

(Distance to Victoria: 320km/ 200 miles/ 6 hours)

Follow the coastal road through quaint seaside towns as you make your way to Victoria.

Days 14 & 15

Victoria – Vancouver

(Distance to Vancouver: 69km/ 43 miles/ 4 hours inc ferry)

Cruise through the Gulf Islands and across the Strait

of Georgia to Vancouver. Spend the next two nights enjoying the attractions of this laid-back, cosmopolitan city.

Day 16:

Vancouver Departure

Return your hire car by the same time you picked it

up on day one to avoid additional charges; or perhaps you'll extend your stay or take a cruise to Alaska.
