Find a suitable junction and stop about 10 metres before the turn.

When ready, move away as normal and move slowly across the junction.

As you move across:

Look into the junction for obstructions

Look to see how sharp the corner is

Look for a tall point of turn

When you have crossed the junction, check your mirrors, signal if necessary and pull up on the left about two car lengths past the junction.

The car should be parallel to the kerb and about half a metre out.

When you have stopped, pull on the handbrake and select reverse gear.

Find the clutch biting point and perform a 360 degree observation.

If clear, release the handbrake and, using clutch/brake control, reverse slowly towards the junction keeping the car parallel to the kerb.

About two metres before the back of the car reaches the tall point of turn, observations.

When the back of the car reaches the tall point of turn, steer to the left enough to keep the car about half a metre from the kerb.

Using clutch/brake control, keep the car moving as smoothly as possible and follow the kerb around the corner, observing around the car regularly.

When you can see the kerb about half way across the rear window, steer to the right until the front wheels are straight.

Now keep reversing in a straight line, keeping the car about half a metre from the kerb (this may require small steering adjustments).

Keep performing regular observations.

When the car is about two car lengths from the junction and parallel with the kerb, stop, pull on the handbrake and select neutral.

When the examiner asks you to move and and tells you which way to turn at the junction, remember your observations and to signal at the junction!
